False illegal background check

Checkr did a check on my current arrest record, totally illegal and unauthorized. Told employer DoorDash and I lost the job with no criminal record. The one minor charge was stayed but already Checkr didn't care and I needed the work badly. I'm writing for my lawyers to call. Possibly civil and criminal litigation

User's recommendation: Do not sign the Checkr Canada consent. Tell the employer like Uber, DoorDash, Skip, Rover, CornerShop that you will submit a hard copy from the local police. It will cause a delay but your privacy and rights are protected m.

Background check needs attention

My Uber account was deactivatedsometimes in 2017 and the reason was that my background check needs attention that I should resolve it with checkr, I tried calling but no response. I have had my background check done for other companies after this and there was not a problem. Please kindly help me resolve this issue with my Uber account so I can get back to work. Thanks. I have been waiting for five days for someone from checkr to get back to me so that we can work through the affidavit needed from my states DMV I havent received a call and email nothing. We dont get the background check done Im gonna lose this job that Ive been trying to get for a year and then Im gonna be pissed.

Mistake on report

I moved to Nevada from California where I traded my California license for Nevada as one is required to. Checkr reported instead that my California license expired which is reported as a false adverse action on a background check. I have no idea how to repair this erroneous and false information and am wondering if I can ever pass any background investigation again even though checkr made a mistake is reporting a lie

Suspended background checks

Checkr does not give a *** about anyone their customer service is ridiculous and I have been trying to get it fixed for 5 months with no luck

I was out of work for 3 months just because Chekr pulled someone else background that ultimately disqualified my chances of obtaining work.thats very unfair,being penalized for someone else troubles.I urge Chekr to make sure before taking such steps
