DOngoing invoice issue with no response but via email that they are experiencing high volume inquiries and then no direct phone number to actually speak with someone over the phone!

Hi. I want you do my background check before checker did that on that time I had a traffic ticket, but now I solved my issue and Uber did deactivate my Uber Driver account. Uber and Lyft deactivated my account and I can't go road and make money. I can't wait for six months. Please solve my problem and do one more time background check. Very appropriate

Yes, ive been waiting since July 27 for a background check from you checker so that I can continue to drive for Uber I was a driver for Uber in 2019 I chose another job and Im trying to go back. Because of checker Im not able to drive so therefore yes I still have a problem with checker because its taking almost 3 to 4 months for me to get a background check so if you can please look into the situation and possibly get back to me as soon as possible because I need to get back to work. thank you

Wrong information on background
I dialed every button and not one representative came to the phone... it was a automated message and then hung up after the call. Thats a problem why have the line if there are no representatives to answer the phone. The issues that i have is that on the report that you guys sent it stated that my registration was suspended i call the dmv they reported this to be false and that my registration was in fact still good until September 2022. I need a new report sent to uber immediatelyimmediately
User's recommendation: PHONE LINE IS JUST AUTOMATED THERE ARE NO BODY ANSSERING THE LINES AND WHEN YOU REQUEST A CALL BACK 2 WEEKS AGO STILL NO PHONE CALL. ALSO THE AUTOMATED MESSAGES REPEAT AND THEN HANG UP.
