I still want to know if checkr going to run a new background check for urber eats, they told me to reach out, but I have not heard anything back from checkr, I been driving seven years and months with no problem

Checkr - I am not convicted the tikit
There is a tikit on my record that the court determined not convicted so the Uber hold my acount due that issue. Iam attaching the certified record that show clear evidence of the case is dismissal.

I’ve been on hold all day

You guys stopped my only source of income due to a dismissed cased status clear but nobody answered my calls and Ive been trying to resolve the issue all day I couldnt even cash out my funds on Uber eat for my birthday yesterday.

Uber told me to contact you guys about my background check so I can become active again. My driver's license wasn't updated in in checkr's system. Can you guys run my new license so I can get activated?
