It was about my background check and it was incorrect they but that I was arrested on December 1/2022 and that was lie i had court for someone else use my car and stole staff from Home Depot

I need update my license
This people never answered my call. My license was suspended 2 years ago and I fixed issue but I can't even send it to checkr and I can't drive for Uber.

Other companies take 3-5 days for completion
Uber sent in a background check, and I've been driving for them for 7 years. We have never had a problem in my background check before, but since using your company it's been almost 2 months and I still ain't heard nothing back from checkr. This is ridiculous. Either the company needs to upgrade it's service or quit doing backgrounds.

I wanted to find out who did a background on me because I am not employed and not trying to be employed. I called the customer service number 5 times today and every time I was disconnected before speaking with a person. Very frustrating. Why call if no one will take my call. Its ridiculous. How am I supposed to know who is using my social security number if Checkr wont answer their phones.
