I called the courts in Montgomery County, Ohio, and they told me they didn't have any requests from Checkr.

Trouble with background check
Cannot access Uber platform and kicked off because Checkr has something on my records that was amended and cleared.

I'm going to recommend we use Sterling at my new firm.

I've waited a solid month and a half for a background check from Checkr. It's been pending for the entirety and been delayed three times.
The company is complete garbage and should have their license revoked.
They are meddling in people's money and have no response on what you should do when you are actively losing money due to their incompetence and laziness. No wonder they don't have a customer support number.

This is one of the worst businesses in America and it is a big part of people's lack of business opportunities. This is because everyone has to go through this poorly-run monopoly.

- - I am blocked from logging into Uber Eats due to a 2018 background check.
- - I have a 2021 background check that I can't submit to Uber or Checkr.
I tried to log in to deliver for Uber Eats. I was told I couldn't because of my background check.
The one they have is from 2018. I have one from 2021 that I have no way to submit to anyone with Uber or Checkr. I'm absolutely appalled by anyone calling themselves a CSR and any company who claims to have customer service. However, there's no option to speak to a live person at all.
It gives two options and then it hangs up on you. These big companies don't care about the customers. The same customers who made their businesses.
Without customers, you wouldn't have a company or a job. But we customers get no help at all from any customer service department in any company.

Because of whatever's happening with your website and the fact that it keeps glitching out and sending me emails telling me I need to resubmit stuff that I already did and tell me I'm not done and need to start over it's been weeks and weeks and weeks it just keeps getting pushed back I've got multiple emails there's no way to call anyone to find out why your system isn't working but all I see is complaints online about your system so thanks for causing me to lose the job that I wanted more than anything in my life I do appreciate that and stopping me from getting any similar job because they all use your system you are garbage your system is garbage you should really read your reviews cuz none of them are good.

I never received an email about my background check, and I can't get a hold of anybody. Every time I try to sign in, the checker tells me that there is something wrong, and I'll have to try another way of getting a hold of them. I've never been in trouble, so I don't understand what is going on.
